2 Drums Spill Pallets
Two-drum containment for the most common small-storage footprint
Two drums is the workhorse storage unit in most facilities, and a two-drum spill pallet is sized exactly for it. A polyethylene base carries a removable grated deck above a sealed sump, holding two 55-gallon drums up and out of any leak while the sump captures a release. It's the practical middle ground — more capacity than a single-drum base, smaller and cheaper than a four-drum platform.
Where a two-drum pallet fits:
- Paired working and reserve drums at a dispensing point.
- Small storage rooms and maintenance bays holding a couple of products.
- Loading-dock staging where drums wait before use.
How it's built
Chemical-resistant polyethylene, a removable grate for sump access, and a sump sized to meet the 110% rule — secondary containment must hold at least 110% of the largest single container, or 10% of the aggregate stored, whichever is greater. Need more or fewer positions? See the 1-drum and 4-drum pallets, or IBC containment for totes.
For outdoor storage, add the matching 2-drum tarp cover to keep rain out of the sump. Call 888-774-5528 for sizing help.
