Return Eligibility (recommended standard policy)
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Some items may be non-returnable (custom/special-order, clearance, used absorbents, contaminated items).
How to Start a Return
Email or submit the contact form with your order number, item(s), quantity, and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve it quickly.
Refund Timing
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method (timing depends on the payment provider).
