To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spill Ready Supplies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, downtime, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
