1 Drum Spill Pallets
Single-drum containment for the one drum that still needs a compliant base
A single drum of oil or chemical still triggers secondary-containment requirements — and a one-drum spill pallet is the smallest, lowest-cost way to meet them. A molded polyethylene base holds a sealed sump beneath a removable grated deck, so the drum sits up out of any leak while the sump captures it. It's the right call for a satellite storage point, a dispensing station, or the single drum that's currently sitting on bare floor.
Where a one-drum pallet fits:
- Satellite or point-of-use storage where a single drum lives away from the main store.
- Dispensing stations where one working drum is drawn down over time.
- Any lone drum of oil or regulated chemical that needs a compliant base now.
How it's built
Chemical-resistant polyethylene, a removable grate for cleaning out the sump, and a sump sized to satisfy the 110% rule — secondary containment must hold at least 110% of the largest single container, or 10% of the aggregate stored, whichever is greater. Scale up to a 2-drum or 4-drum pallet as your storage grows, or step up to IBC containment for totes.
